Copyright and takedown

TerrorPod lists episodes from public podcast feeds and plays them from the creator's own servers. If you are a rights holder and want an item removed or its downloads disabled, contact us. Effective 2026-11-02.

What we host

Stories on the TerrorPod website and in the TerrorPod app play from the creator's own audio file, and every page links back to the source. We do not host, copy or proxy the audio.

How to send a notice

In the app: open the show or episode, then choose Report, then Copyright. Or email llittlesu512@outlook.com with the details below. Please write in English or Spanish.

What to include

  • The show or episode name, or its link, and the address of the TerrorPod page in question.
  • The work you say has been used without permission, with a link to the original.
  • Your name and a way to reach you.
  • A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them, and that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, the owner or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
  • Your signature (a typed full name is fine).

What happens next

We review copyright requests within 72 hours. While we review a notice we may hide the page. If the notice is valid, removed items disappear from the catalog, are deleted from listeners' devices the next time their app syncs, and the source is blocked from being added again. We tell you the outcome.

If you disagree with a removal

If a creator thinks something was removed by mistake, they can write to the same address with the page address and why they believe the removal was wrong. We will look again.
