Terms
These terms apply to the TerrorPod app and the TerrorPod website. The text for the app is effective 2026-11-02. The website-specific parts, marked as such, are effective 2026-11-06.
Using the site
TerrorPod helps you discover and play episodes from public podcast feeds published by third parties. We organize and describe that catalog; we do not own, host or control the episodes, which belong to their creators.
Adults only. The app and website contain horror themes and mature content and are intended for adults.
The website (effective 2026-11-06): you can browse and listen without an account. Stories play directly from the creator's server.
Stories and ownership
Episodes and their artwork belong to their creators. Episodes may change, become unavailable, or be removed at the request of rights holders. When an item is removed, the app may delete its downloads from your device. To report a rights issue, see the Copyright page.
Links to other sites
The website links to creators' own pages and to other services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, scrape it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
No warranty
The service and third-party content are provided "as is".
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party content or for interruptions of the service.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes to these terms on this page.
