About this episode
Tonight, join the AHH Crew as they travel back in time to 1999 for the latest installment of our ongoing series: This Year in Horror! You know how at the end of every year news outlets come out with a year in review, pop culture year in review, or music year in review? Well, it’s time horror fans had something similar for the turn of the millennium. 1999 was a monumental year for the genre, defined by found-footage revolutions, psychological twists, and some serious Y2K anxiety. From massive cultural shifts like The Blair Witch Project and The Sixth Sense to cult favorites and international shocks like Audition or Ravenous , we’ve got you covered! Also discussed: THE UGLY STEPSISTER, PSYCHO KILLER & going down the POLYBIUS rabbit hole. #1999movies #1999horror #horrormovies #foundfootage #psychologicalhorror #theblairwitchproject #thesixthsense #audition #ravenous #lakeplacid #sleepyhollow #stirofechoes #idlehands #theuglystepsister #psychokiller #polybius #horrorpodcast #horrorfactsdotcom #fangoria #ahhpod #americashometownhorror #plymouthma Become a supporter of this podcast: .
