About this episode
Welcome to The Call of Cthulhu Mystery Program ’s Cthulhu Cthommentary Arcane Advent - here to paint your merry and bright holiday season with ghastly screams and indescribable colors. Every Friday this December we're unleashing Cthulhu Cthommentary episodes discussing Lovecraftian cinema with Showrunner Cat Blackard, Keeper Luke Stram, and the occasional guest. In this first filmic installment, we're exploring 2019's Nicholas Cage-starring adaptation of The Color Out of Space . A short story is expanded to a surprisingly deep character study of a family driven mad! In addition to these public Arcane Advent releases, there's a whole new batch of Lovecraftian cinema Cthommentary episodes coming exclusively to Patreon and Supporting Cast.
